Buddies Groups Invitations

The Buddy system is accessed using the icon, from either the online lobby or when you're at a table.

Within the Buddy system you can see which of your friends are online and how you have classed them, whether they are in a VOIP session, organise them into groups, send invitations to others that you want to be friends with and check any pending invites you have. ••

••If you have any invitations waiting for you, the buddy icon in the lobby will flash as well as the View invites button.

Buddies

The buddy list shows the status of your buddies; whether they are online, how you've tagged them and whether they are in a VOIP session.

Left-clicking on a buddy, and providing they are online, will allow you to use Find table.
Clicking this will display an information box below showing which tables your buddy can be found at.

From here you can either double-click on the name of the table, or highlight one and click Go to table to be taken to wherever your buddy is playing at.

Right-clicking on a buddy in the main list will display the following menu, where you can:

  • Remove the buddy from your list.
  • Tag them as someone easy to win from.
  • Tag them as someone who draws fish into losing their money.
  • Tag them as being difficult to read; doesn't give much away in their play.
  • Tag them as someone who makes a call to anything.
  • Block this person from checking on you or being their friend.

    • If you have already tagged them as a fish, shark, rock or calling station, you can:

  • Clear any fish, shark, rock or calling station tags.

    • If you know the name of the person you want to make your buddy, enter the name of their alias in the white box, then click the Add by alias button. If you are at a table, you can also right-click the character and have the option to make them a buddy too.

    Groups

    The group list lets you organise your buddies.

    To create a group, simply right-click anywhere in the list of groups and the Add group option will appear.
    Left-clicking anywhere in the blank area below any group names will display all ungrouped buddies.

    To add a buddy to a group you simply left-click the buddy, then drag and drop them onto the required group.

    Left-clicking a group name will change the buddy list display to show all within the chosen group. The selected group name is displayed above.

    Right-clicking a group name will let you delete the group. All buddies within this are not lost - they are simply moved out of it.

    To remove a buddy from a group, select the group, left-click the buddy, then drag and drop them anywhere in the blank area below any group names. They will then be moved out of it.

    Invitations

    If you have any invitations waiting for you, they will be displayed in the main list.

    To accept someone's invitation and make them your buddy, highlight them by left-clicking their name, then click Approve invite

    To reject an invitation, highlight their name by left-clicking then click Decline invite
