Terms and Conditions of the promotion

• This is a once-off bonus offer applicable to first-time depositors into a Pokerwize real money account opened on or after 20th November 2006 and before 31st December 2006.
• The maximum bonus is $100.To be eligible for the bonus, the initial deposit must be at least $20 and the player must accrue 2000. WizePoints™  are accrued through playing raked hands at the bet levels described in the offer. A raked hand is defined as a hand in which a rake of at least U.S. $0.25 is taken. Hands where the rake is less than this (or in which there is no rake taken) will not count towards this offer and will not accrue WizePoints™. Hands raked on tables with blinds less than $0.25/$0.50 and any play on single or multi table tournaments will not accrue WizePoints™  and will therefore not count towards this offer.  WizePoints™  are accrued at the rate indicated in the table below:

• Raked hands played at limits which fall between those stated for the offer shall accrue WizePoints™  at the rate applicable to the lower limit specified.
• Chinese players are most welcome at Pokerwize. However, due to the ongoing severe abuse of promotions by players resident in China, Chinese players are prohibited from taking part in this offer.
• Only ONE bonus, irrespective of value, is permitted per player.  The offer is valid to first time depositors only and is not transferable.  It is only good for the purchaser.  
• This offer is managed automatically by our computer system - our support agents will not be able to credit any bonuses manually.  
• Players are not permitted to maintain more than one active real money account. The name on the Account must match the name on the credit card(s) used to make the deposit, or the bonus will be declared void. 
• Only one free stake offer per Player, per household and per shared computer is permitted. 
• Pokerwize reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (e.g. university campuses).
• Pokerwize contributes to, and makes use of, a shared industry database of promotion abusers. Individuals known from this database to only make use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds will not be eligible for this promotional offer. 
• Pokerwize reserves the right to refuse this offer to any Player or to withdraw this offer at any time.
